Our enquiry button currently opens a Google Form. The form asks for your name, business, email, phone, industry and the task you need help with. Flower City AI uses your response to understand your request, respond, and arrange a conversation. Submitting an enquiry does not subscribe you to a marketing list.

Google hosts and processes the form under its own privacy policy. Do not include passwords, payment details, confidential client documents, health information or other sensitive information in your enquiry.

This website

The website does not include advertising trackers, analytics scripts or a newsletter signup. It loads fonts from Google Fonts; that request sends standard connection information to Google. Our website host may process technical information such as IP addresses and request logs to serve and secure the site.

Working together

Before client work begins, we agree what information is needed, which tools may receive it, who can access it, and how long project information will be kept. We prefer fictional or redacted samples for audits and training. We do not require production passwords for the initial audit.

Questions, access or deletion

Contact Flower City AI through the enquiry form, selecting privacy as the subject in your message, or reply to an existing email conversation with us. You may ask about your information, request a correction or deletion, or withdraw consent. We will review your request, including any applicable record-keeping obligations.
