• Is the proposed provider and the actual work eligible?
• Which costs are covered, and what must you contribute?
• When can work start, and when is any reimbursement paid?

Current points to know

OCI: The current Digital Competence Centre page lists planning and qualifying retail support. Its Technology Demonstration Program is marked closed for applications. Check the program directly before budgeting support. Official OCI program information.

OCI’s linked consultant rules require vendor-neutral advice and separate the DMAP consultant from the funded technology demonstration vendor for the same customer. Ontario Job Grant: Employer, participant, provider and course requirements apply. Current guidance excludes business consulting, training at workshops or conferences, and product vendors teaching their own products or services. Our training should not be assumed eligible. What you pay

We quote the full service price and any additional software costs. An approved grant may offset eligible expenses; it may require you to pay first and claim reimbursement later. Funding, timing and permitted combinations depend on the agreement. We do not add program percentages together or deduct unapproved funding from your invoice.

Funding screening is available alongside other services. Grant applications and specialist funding advice are separately scoped when appropriate. Any work intended for funding must follow the program’s approval and start-date rules.
